I am a CPA and an Attorney with 25+ years of experience
providing corporate legal, accounting, business advisory and
tax services to small businesses. My clients are small business
start-ups and established business enterprises for
which I manage the accounting systems, develop budgets
and cash flow projections for internal use and for banks and
lenders and prepare corporate and individual tax
returns. I meet many
of my clients through providing
incorporation services for a new business and/or lease
negotiations, service contract drafting or real estate
acquisitions. I have extensive experience working with
not-for-profit, development stage and start-up businesses and
expert proficiency using QuickBooks accounting software in
service, not-for-profit, construction, restaurant, retail and
manufacturing environments.
